EC-Council EC0-350 exam is the exam code/number assigned to the certification of “ethical hacking and countermeasures”. The vendor of EC0-350 exams is EC-Council Certification Company. EC-Council EC0-350 certification is a CEH exam -certified ethical hacker - and delivered on different channels. Different codes are given for different exam means i.e. 312-50 for exam taken through web based ‘Prometric Prime’ at Accredited Training Centers (ATC); EC0-350 exam delivered at Authorized Prometric Testing Centers (APTC); 312-50 for exam taken at VUE Testing Centers. However, all the exams are same in source.
You have to fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for CEH exams.
- You should have taken training of CEH course from any Accredited Training Center. If you want to postpone the exam and change the location of exam after taking training, you can apply for that by sending your certificate of attendance to EC-Council certificate at any ATC.
- If you didn’t take training than in that condition you are required to have at-least two year experience relating information security.
The application forms of CEH exam (EC0-350 certification exam) are available in PDF forms at the official site of vendor. Download it and send it to EC-Council. Upon approval of that application form EC-Council will send eligibility voucher number. This number is required to get register and get the schedule of the EC-Council EC0-350 test. Prometric will not answer any request submitted without this voucher number.
All EC-Council certifications are delivered through Prometric and VUE. Prometric, and VUE are the global organizations taking all computer certification exams in their centers. They are having thousands of centers in different countries of the world. The cost of EC-Council EC0-350 Certification exam is 250 USD.
EC0-350 actual test is available in English only.150 questions are asked which are in MCQ form. Time period for exam depends upon the location and way in which the exam is being taken. 312-50 which is taken through Prometric Prime is given four hours. EC0-350 which is delivered through Prometric APTC is given four hours for native English speakers (US and Canadian citizens) and four and a half hours for non English speaking candidates. Candidates have to get at least 70% passing scores in order to get EC-Council EC0-350 Certification.
No specific retake policy is determined by the vendor. The candidates can appear as many times as they can. No time period is determined between the two retake exams also. The successful candidates get the certification within eight weeks after passing the exam.
